Culinary Lavender

Bring the gentle, floral flavour of lavender to your cooking and baking with our Culinary Lavender. Hand-harvested from our farm, it's a versatile botanical that can elevate both sweet and savory dishes or be brewed into a calming cup of tea.  Lavender also pairs beautifully with fruits, making it a wonderful addition to homemade jams, jellies and syrups.

How to use:

• Add to cakes, muffins, scones, biscuits, or desserts for a delicate floral note.
• Mix into salad dressings, marinades, or sauces for a subtle herbal twist.
• Stir into jams, preserves or syrups for a fragrant twist.
• Brew as a soothing herbal tea for a relaxing drink.

Delivery
We pack and send orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted couriers. Standard delivery takes about 3–7 business days and express around 1–3 days. We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 throughout Australia. Express delivery is available for $20.00.

Occasional delays can happen due to weather or postal service issues, so thanks for your patience.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them. They must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Some items, like personal care products, can’t be returned unless faulty. To arrange a return, email info@ataraxisfarms.com.au with your order number. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds go back to your original payment once we receive and inspect the return.
