Ground Strawberry Gum

Grown and hand-harvested on our off-grid Northern NSW farm, this finely ground Australian botanical combines fresh eucalyptus notes with subtle berry sweetness and warm spice.

Used in both sweet and savoury cooking, Strawberry Gum pairs beautifully with chocolate, citrus, marinades, teas, desserts and baking. Just a small pinch adds depth and a distinctly Australian character to your recipes.

How to use:

• Sweet treats:  Use 1-2 teaspoons and add to your favourite biscuit, cake or muffin mix for a hint of Australian bush.
• Savory dishes:  Apply 2-3 teaspoons to home made mayonnaise, salad dressings and roast vegetables to give your food a bushy twist.

Delivery
We pack and send orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted couriers. Standard delivery takes about 3–7 business days and express around 1–3 days. We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 throughout Australia. Express delivery is available for $20.00.

Occasional delays can happen due to weather or postal service issues, so thanks for your patience.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them. They must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Some items, like personal care products, can’t be returned unless faulty. To arrange a return, email info@ataraxisfarms.com.au with your order number. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds go back to your original payment once we receive and inspect the return.
