Handcrafted in small batches at Ataraxis Farms, each pouch is filled with hand-harvested lavender flower buds grown and carefully dried on our farm to preserve their natural aroma and calming qualities.

Perfect for placing in drawers, wardrobes, under your pillow, or even in your car, these simple botanical pouches naturally freshen your surroundings while releasing a gentle, soothing lavender scent that helps create a sense of calm and comfort throughout the day.

Available in five colour themes, each pouch adds a subtle touch of beauty while bringing a grounding, aromatic presence into the spaces you use most.

Delivery
We pack and send orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted couriers. Standard delivery takes about 3–7 business days and express around 1–3 days. We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 throughout Australia. Express delivery is available for $20.00.

Occasional delays can happen due to weather or postal service issues, so thanks for your patience.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them. They must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Some items, like personal care products, can’t be returned unless faulty. To arrange a return, email info@ataraxisfarms.com.au with your order number. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds go back to your original payment once we receive and inspect the return.
