Our Strawberry and Lavender Jam brings together sweet, ripe strawberries, gently infused with our farm-grown culinary lavender for a delicate floral lift.

Handcrafted in small batches in collaboration with family-owned Oaky Creek Road Providores, this jam celebrates simplicity, quality, and the quiet beauty of real ingredients. The lavender is grown and harvested at Ataraxis Farms, adding a subtle aromatic depth that elevates without overpowering.

Perfect for spreading over warm toast, fresh scones, or fluffy pancakes, this preserve brings a touch of seasonal comfort and farm-made charm to your table. A simple pleasure, made to be shared or savoured slowly, one spoonful at a time.

Delivery
We pack and send orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted couriers. Standard delivery takes about 3–7 business days and express around 1–3 days. We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 throughout Australia. Express delivery is available for $20.00.

Occasional delays can happen due to weather or postal service issues, so thanks for your patience.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them. They must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Some items, like personal care products, can’t be returned unless faulty. To arrange a return, email info@ataraxisfarms.com.au with your order number. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds go back to your original payment once we receive and inspect the return.
