It absorbs quickly, making it an easy, everyday essential for hardworking skin.

Designed by Chris for hands that never stop, this balm was created with farmers, gardeners, builders, and outdoor workers in mind - anyone exposed to the daily wear and tear of physical work and the elements.

Infused with Strawberry Gum grown and hand-harvested on our farm, this native Australian botanical is known for its naturally calming and restorative properties. It helps reduce redness, soothe irritation, and support skin recovery, while its sweet, fresh aroma lifts the senses. The nourishing formula works quietly to revitalise and restore, bringing comfort back to overworked skin.

How to use:

• Apply a small amount to dry or rough areas, or anywhere your skin needs extra care.
• Massage gently until absorbed.
• Use daily or as needed for soft, healthy and soothed skin.
• Store below 25 degrees.

Delivery
We pack and send orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted couriers. Standard delivery takes about 3–7 business days and express around 1–3 days. We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 throughout Australia. Express delivery is available for $20.00.

Occasional delays can happen due to weather or postal service issues, so thanks for your patience.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them. They must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Some items, like personal care products, can’t be returned unless faulty. To arrange a return, email info@ataraxisfarms.com.au with your order number. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds go back to your original payment once we receive and inspect the return.
